Bruno Athie Teruel

Bruno joined the team as a junior at the University of Kentucky double majoring in Computer Science and Anthropology. Bruno’s goal is to help unravel the mysteries of humanity’s history with EduceLab. Bruno has worked alongside his lab partner Sydney, to develop the team’s Image Registration program to aid in the study of Opened Herculaneum scrolls and develop the Quick Segment tool for the study of Closed Herculaneum scrolls via virtual unwrapping. He plans to continue pursuing research in Heritage Science and to study the intersection between Anthropology and Computer Science.
